Our tutors use Empower’s personalized & proven tutoring methodology to help your child understand difficult academic concepts they are struggling with, while also helping them become confident learners & critical thinkers to achieve academic success!

Our tutoring lessons are broken-down into 2 parts:

1. Intensive Tutoring Lesson
   Our tutors help your child deeply understand the material they’re catching up, keeping up, or getting ahead on. Your tutor will use their knowledge and expertise to provide expert homework help and test preparation. In addition, they will also use Empower’s learning tools & techniques to ensure your child truly feels confident in their understanding of the material.
2. Post-Lesson Wellness Check-in
   We believe that many factors play a role in a student’s journey to academic success. This is why we also incorporate occasional wellness check-ins post lesson. During this time, your tutor will help your child in areas related to learning, such as their studying habits, stress management, mental health, motivation, post-secondary plans, & more.

A well-rounded approach to tutoring allows high school students to reflect on their learning and personal life – greatly maximizing their potential for success!

All of our tutoring classes take place on our online partner platform that provides easy video conferencing with features like whiteboards, notes, calculations, & much more. This removes the hassle of having to travel from and to a tutoring center, thus providing more convenience and saving you time!
