WOW!!! What a fabulous network of tutors!!! My son has a learning disability and has been using Empower Tutoring through grades 10, 11 and 12 U courses. Each session provides clarity in a way that he can understand. Each tutor has been accurately matched and fully capable. The odd time that a tutor has been sick, we were offered to reschedule - we instead asked for a replacement that same day (due to a test the next day) and a match has always been found within less than half an hour! Post-session reports by the tutors provide us and any needed substitute tutor with up to date info. Attentive response anytime we called or texted the office, and always received a response in less than 20 mins. Tutors are directly available to communicate with, and although most of them are University students, they still manage to reply to us within a couple of hours.
